Day 3: Morning Yoga for Hip Mobility & Flexibility (15 Min)
Course notes
Welcome to Day 3!
Today’s 15-minute flow turns our attention to the hips — the body’s energetic crossroads, where stability and fluidity meet. Led by Reagan Sobel (E-RYT500), this breath-led practice moves through steady, mindful transitions that open and mobilize the hips while inviting you to explore how you invest your prāṇa (energy), both on the mat and as you move through your day. As always, space is built in to modify, pause, or move intuitively — this practice meets you exactly where you are.
This is part of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Challenge — a series designed for real, sustainable practice rather than perfection. Each session is short, accessible, and worth returning to. Jump in any day, go at your own pace, or layer multiple sessions for a longer flow. The intention is simple: a more conscious, connected start to every morning.
